How Providers Are Matched
Your request goes to an independent provider or to a partner that works with providers near you. The match depends on where you live, what kind of job it is and which providers are taking work at that time. You then talk to the provider about the damage, the plan and the price.
What We Expect From Providers
- Explain the work in plain words
- Give a written estimate before starting
- Share moisture readings if you ask
- Show up when they say they will
- Never push you to sign
If a provider falls short more than once, they may be removed from the network.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not remove water, dry homes or make repairs
- We do not set prices or sign contracts for you
- We do not tell you what your insurance covers
- We do not make you hire anyone
How We Are Paid
Providers or marketing partners may pay Artfinancier Water Restoration for the calls and requests we send them. This does not change the price the provider gives you. You pay the provider for any work you agree to. See our referral disclosure for more.
