Raise a Concern

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Artfinancier Water Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Artfinancier Water Restoration
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Information on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses and are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Artfinancier Water Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's charges or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@artfinancier.com and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear description of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
